7 Points

1. I can trust God in every area of my life.
2. When I see as God sees, I can do as God says
3. In light of my past experiences and my future dreams,
what is the best thing for me to do today.
4. My FRIENDS determine the direction and quality of my life
5. Purity paves the way to intimacy
6. I Must consider the interest of others ahead of my own.
7. True Freedom is found under God’s authority

I want everyone of our teens to know these 7 things by heart by the time they graduate. Which one do you think is the most important?
Which the least important?
Which is the hardest to truly learn?

How can we teach these principles?

Music

Music is a life or death thing for maost teens. The world would stip spinning if the music stopped. We need a little soul, and a little rhythm.

Play a game with me. Let's say that music no longer is in the world. What is the most you would be willing to give up to get your music back?

Would you give up the sense of smell?
Would you give up driving?
Would you give up your cell phone?

Dont give answers like "$10", or "my annoying sister". Pay the piper here. How valuable is your music?

Providence

How involved is God in the world. Christians differ on this topic, believing anything from He controls every little thing to he created the world and now is sitting back doing nothing. What do you think?

What's Important?

In re-looking at how we do youth ministry, what would you say are the most important aspects of ministry to teens?
