What's Important?

In re-looking at how we do youth ministry, what would you say are the most important aspects of ministry to teens?

  • Tommy: Safety is key, I agree. YOu have to feel safe to grow. I think we do a decent job of safe...but what can we do better. Also, the danger behind safety is complacency. How do you keep from slipping into that?
